BIO:
Ella is a very sweet senior dachshund. She is completely house and crate trained and will even let you know when she needs to go outside. Although Ella is a senior she still has lot of spunk, does fine on stairs, loves to go on walks and play with her toys. Although she has not had a permanent home in a while, she is not shy or timid towards anyone and makes friends with everyone. She enjoys following you around the house and sitting with you and will make sure you pay attention to her. She does well with all dogs who give her her space, she is not as patient with persistent puppies. Ella is deaf, but responds well to hand signals. Ella is a very sweet and loving pup who is well trained and ready for her furever home!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
