BIO:
Reba is an absolutely gorgeous short-haired red dachshund. She was found in a dumpster thrown away like trash along with her mate and her tiny baby puppies. Reba was covered with fleas and malnourished. She and her puppies have been fostered together ans her puppies are now completely weaned and getting ready for their furever home.
Now, it’s Reba’s turn to find a wonderful home. She was recently spayed and has been given a clean bill of health. Reba is learning to be an independent young lady but she enjoys human companionship very much. She would do well in a home as an only dog as she does not crave interaction with other dogs. This does not mean that she would not get along in a home with other dogs because she would. Reba is a young girl that enjoys being a lap dog and will sit quietly with you for long periods of time.

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
