BIO:

My name is Abby and I’m probably the most loving, loyal, funny, and adorable dachshund you’ll ever meet. I’m extremely cuddly, and if I want your love and attention, I’ll make sure you know as I stare you down or nudge you with my long snout. I had spinal surgery about one year and half ago because of 2 slipped disks in my back, and my mom spent all of her college scholarship money on my surgery and doggy physical therapy so that I would not have to remain paralyzed…and it worked! It took a few months but I can walk and almost run! (I’m kind of wobbly though). I LOVE going for walks and I also love being a couch potato with my human. I need a new home because my mom works and goes to school full time and I need someone that can let me “go to the bathroom” more often during the day. Right now I wear doggy diapers in case I have an accident (since my spinal surgery, I’ve needed to go outside more often than before), but if I didn’t have to spend so many hours in my crate during the day I wouldn’t need them. My Mom adores me but since my accident, I’m more than she can handle given her work hours and the fact that she’s a full time graduate student, and I need someone who is home more so I can get more attention and finally stop wearing those stupid diapers! I’m drop dead gorgeous, and the sweetest little dachshund alive. I GUARANTEE I’ll make you fall in love with me at hello!
