BIO:

Rambo is a very sweet, well behaved, handsome young fellow.  Not at all what you would think of as a “Rambo”.   He loves to be petted and will nudge my hand in order to get his head and ears scratched.   He is not aggressive or dominant like my furever male and is constantly attempting to befriend the older male Doxie.  Considering they’ve only been here a little over a week, they have really become comfortable with us.

Rambo likes to chase and hunt in the big fenced in yard.  He follows the older male around the yard.

Rambo and his bonded 2 year best friend, little Patti, are inseparable and seem to spend all their time together even when my 3 furever dogs are with them.  They sit together in the big dog bed, are always together on the sofa when I sit there and sleep together at the foot of my bed in wrapped in their own special blanket.

Rambo & Patti need to stay together, please consider giving them a furever home!

We encourage adopters from all over the United States and will do our absolute best to accommodate you in arranging for transportation if you choose to adopt a dachshund from FDR. If your dachshund of choice is coming from a state other than the one you reside in, there will be an additional $40.00 Health Certificate Fee that is required by law.
