BIO: My name is Ellie and I am a pretty girl; a little shy but very loving.  I am being fostered with my sister, Ivy, and we are currently working on our social skills with people. I came from a hoarder situation so I didn’t have much interaction with people but I know that I like them because I really try to be affectionate. I like to go for walks and see new places but sometimes if there is a loud noise I might startle. Some people might describe me as skittish but I am getting better every day. I get along well with other dogs but my foster mom doesn’t have any kitty cats so I’m not sure if I will like them or not.

My foster mommy is still learning about my personality but she says that I am a well behaved young lady because I am crate trained and almost totally housetrained too! You just have to keep my on a schedule because I am still a puppy. I am a dachshund mix so I will weigh more than a miniature dachshund. Right now I weigh about 20lbs and the veterinarian thinks that I am done growing so I will weigh less than 25lbs when I turn a year old. I am very sweet and affectionate so you should consider adopting me if you want a sweet dog that is eager to trust and love.
